The Title

The title of this blog comes from "Savage Art", a biography written by Robert Polito on the life of the pulp novelist, genius Jim Thompson. Thompson's work was about pure, raw emotion. A visceral connection (I probably use that word too much).
 
It is something I am trying to achieve in my work. Let's see what I can do.
